Red card to violence

It is unfortunately impossible to think of a world in which there is no violence. Even more difficult if the violence to be eliminated is that towards women. In women already by definition they are statistically smaller, compared to the male, size, total body mass and individual organs as well as muscle power. In the animal world it is objectively a subject at risk of domination by the male.
But if the woman is physically inferior to the man, a man who attacks a woman physically and / or morally has a personality far less than his victim.
Alfred Adler, an Austrian psychoanalyst, affirmed that it is the sense of inferiority that gives rise to efforts to achieve psychological security that can not be separated from an often rancorous self-affirmation. And these efforts are enacted by destroying and disfiguring what is considered, often unconsciously, better than itself. It is therefore tantamount to a manifest manifestation of envy and a defense against the suffering of knowing that it can not possess such qualities.

It is a delicate theme, difficult to understand those who think they are considered strong and powerful attacking. But who attacks is the first who does not want to be attacked, and why? Because they are projected into the other, in this case in the woman, their weaknesses.
And often the women are the ruthless protagonists of a violence declined to the feminine, made of rancor and ancestral rage, ostracism and ferocious gossip, envy and rivalry, broken friendships or never born that, despite the struggles and conquests of feminism, not only has allowed the dominant macho culture to remain rooted in society, but in fact and this is the serious problem, it has also helped to nurture and legitimize this domination.
In my activity as a sports psychologist that allows me to be in contact with sports like for example in women's football, help not to implement this violence woman to woman both in the field and in the locker room.
We must speak, but above all, listen to both the victims and the "perpetrators". My role is to place myself at them without distances, a point of reference whenever their weaknesses begin to emerge. Not a doctor but a confidant. Give them that support that is often missing or missing in the family.
Frequently at the base of these attitudes there is a conflictual relationship in the family, between parents and son, between siblings, or in the case of women between mother and daughter or between sister and sister.
The principle to do is "I am a human being like you and as such I admire you, respect you and support you". A long and often difficult path but patiently leads to recognize and respect first of all themselves and then consequently respect the other.
