cellulite area diet
Often Cellulite (which we should call Pannicolopatia-edemato-fibro-sclerotica or Pefs) is considered a simple imperfection and perhaps treated with some cream or ointment. Serious evaluation error. Cellulite is actually an alteration of the structures of the connective tissue that gives the skin a spongy and pricked appearance "orange peel" with more or less evident swelling.
It is due to hypertrophy of the adipose cells but it has little to do with the concepts of obesity and thinness. In fact, a fat woman can not be affected, while a thin woman can suffer also in an important way.

The formation of cellulite is mainly due to the action of estrogens (female sex hormones) that favor a greater retention of fluids and a natural deposit of fat in particular areas of the body (thighs, hips, buttocks), but other concomitant factors contribute to the formation of cellulite, mainly incorrect lifestyle habits, such as the abuse of alcohol and cigarettes, a sedentary lifestyle, overweight, constipation.

Even wearing too tight clothing or shoes with high heels seems to play an important role in the effects on leg circulation. But then, if I'm an athlete, I'm normal, I do physical activity, I do not smoke, I do not drink alcohol but in spite of everything I have cellulite, do I have to resign?
The answer is no! We must act onsupply, since very often athletes also have an incorrect diet. Firstly eliminate junk food or junk food to English and secondly drink no less than 2 liters of water a day or even more if you sweat when you train. The diet, intended in the sense of food style, must abound in fruit and vegetables (rich in minerals, vitamins, antioxidants) but not only; recently, in fact, we have seen how other nutritional components such as lipids or fats, fundamental components of the human organism, representing not only an energetic source, but also the basis of structural and metabolic functions, can positively influence circulation. We do not speak, of course, of all fats but specifically of:
Monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) that favor the formation of HDL (good cholesterol). Typical example is olive oil
Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), the ancestors of Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids). We are interested in the latter that are found in fish, especially in bluefish, and in dried fruit, especially in almonds. If for some reason you can not consume these foods we can resort to an integration with purified Omega-3.
Omega-3 originate Eicosanoids that play a fundamental role in the prevention of many diseases, including cellulite.
It will not be strange and expensive creams or science fiction machines to solve your cellulite problem, but only a change in food styles and a diet in the area.
