The worldwide effect has attracted the arrival of agents and transfer agency also in women's football. Some come with the right experience and professionalism, others have thrown themselves with improvisation in search of a source of income. It is not for me to classify the protagonists of this new opportunity. I will try to deepen theregulatory aspect which regulates sports agents, clarifying some fundamental points, thanks to the advice of theLawyer Matteo Sperduti, expert in sports law and the collaboration of our new collaborator Silvio Bogliari, practicing lawyer at a Studio in Città di Castello.

The world championship France has shown the ever more evident growth of women's football, nevertheless there are still many regulatory differences with men's football.
The girls of Milena Bertolini have performed well at the world championship and have made them dream of a whole nation, or at least all of them followers of the sector: precisely because of the excellent performance of Italian players, in the summer the interest of the European teams towards the Italians grew more and more.

The free movement of people is one of the fundamental freedoms of the European Union sanctioned initially by the Schengen agreements of the 1985 and later by the Maastricht Treaty of 1992 which introduced European citizenship thus allowing EU citizens to move and reside freely in any state of the 'EU.
In the same way, the European Union provides the freedom for EU workers to work in another Member State: this freedom is established, for example, by art. 45 of the TFEU and the Regulation n.492 / 2011 concerning the free movement of workers within the EU.
From today and until the 15 July it is possible to advance the request for release due to expiry of the membership.
The players who, by the end of the current sporting season, have already completed or will complete the 25 year of age, can ask the Committees and the Division to which they belong.
