NICHELINO HESPERIA - ROMAGNANO 0-7

The gossips could think of a team destroyed in morale after the scorching defeat of Valence. Instead this Romagnano has shown once again its strength and, above all, the union of intentions of a group that has few equals.

A very young team, full of initiative and desire to do that took 20 minutes to close the practice Hesperia Nichelino, from the top of a performance of great authority. The 2010 closes like this in the best way, with 52 points conquered on 57 available and a + 10 advantage over Valenza, but back by two races.

We said stronger than everything; yes, because the week after the Valencia was anything but quiet: no training Wednesday, but only a game against the girls called by Mr. Decaroli for the regional representative. No training even on Friday, because of the copious snowfall that has whitewashed the synthetic Monte Bianco, forcing among other things to postpone the race of the second team. What's more, Mr. Morganti arrived in Turin with Lomazzi still blocked by physical problems and the various Bevilacqua, Medina and Mazzei stopped by seasonal illness. The umpteenth different formation from the beginning of the season led however to a round result that saw the whole group perform an excellent race, with peaks in the performances of Piana, Tuberga, Buccella and Cesali.

Leaving Zaquini to rest, Morganti opted for an unprecedented pair of defensive power stations composed of De Nicolò and Giannetti, with Soncin and Tedesco to guard the bands in front of Marabelli. Zaretti and Pella to filter at mid-field, with Cesali advanced reference and supported by Piana, Tuberga and Graziotto.

The more than excellent approach allowed the Romagnano to put the match on the ice right from the start: a double by Piana and goals by Tuberga and Graziotto allowed to fix the score on the 4-0 already at 17 '. In the second half many changes made by Morganti, with Erica Buccella who celebrated in the best way his birthday with a great header at the 60 '. Tuberga and Piana completed the party with respectively the double and the personal triplet, giving the 17 ° seasonal affirmation to the grenade.

Without falling too much in the philosophical, the victory of Nichelino fits perfectly with a historical sentence by Giuseppe Mazzini taken by Mr. Morganti in the dopogara: "Learn more people from a defeat, than the kings from the triumph", as if to say that the race lost in Valenza has already been metabolized, correcting those errors that only a willing and commendable group like the Sesian has already left behind.
