The gap between the Masera, third in the standings, is reduced with the second, the PVF. In the midweek evening recovery, in the neutral field of Baveno, in a field that looked like a billiard table, the girls of Mr. Tortora imposed themselves two on one against the PVF. Turin team a little remodeled with some important absence.
The first half the Maser part strong and fast for at least 15 'high intensity with at least five non-concrete goal balls. The PVF with a throw from thirty meters with no idea, outside the door mirror, tries to scare the Ossolans. And they make it: the game becomes cumbersome with long teams and few chances until the final whistle of the referee.
The second half is more exciting. The Masera is always very quick and only scoring two goals in fifteen minutes can't put it inside. But the first goal always comes from the usual Cerini Martina from the right who finds Piolini (entering the 10 ° of the second half) on the opposite side. The omegna placed it at the second post. The second goal comes shortly afterwards: Rovereti intercepts the ball on the frontline and shoots very hard on goal with goals. Then again untapped opportunities; too many failed actions that anger the Masera coach. And in one of these actions the PVF on the counterattack with a wrong cross manages to overcome the very good Battro. Shortly afterwards, the Turinese with a shot out of the area almost touch the crossbar. But it is not over: a minute and a half from the end a Masera defender slipping makes a foul in the area. The referee whistles a foul on the edge of the penalty area that will then go on the barrier.
At the end of the game, Ossola's coach explains to Ossolasport: "I'm really angry about my girls' performance. We were too afraid of a team that lacked more than half of the starting team and as always we had too many scoring opportunities that we didn't realize. We need to look for the road straight away because if we win on Sunday we will become second in the standings. I would like Sunday to be more concentrated to beat the Talent Soccer Space and I would like to see the football that I taught him in recent months. I would also like to thank the Melezzo curve that supports us in every game we do ”.
