A) DECISIONS OF THE SPORTS JUDGE:
The Sporting Judge Avv. Sergio Lauro, assisted by AIA representative Pietro Vetrugno, in the session of 17 / 12 / 2018, has adopted the following decisions:
read the complaint (received by pec) with which the company Pink Sport Time asked to: sanction the Fiorentina Women's Company with the loss of the race disputed on 5 2018 December 0-3 score in favor of the company Pink Sport Time; in a subordinate line, do not endorse and / or cancel the result of the 5 December 2018 race and order the repetition of the same, or its continuation after canceling the network marked by the sister;
waiting for the rituality of the complaint;
acquired the following documentation: report, with supplement, of the Arbitrator; supplement supplementary report of the Arbitrator and of the Arbitral Assistants;
read also the defensive memory of the Fiorentina Women's Society, transmitted by pec on 11 December 2018 date;

noted that the incident, which occurred when the result was parity with the score of 1-1, therefore influenced the performance of the race;
noted that this situation does not make it possible to consider the overall progress of the tender and the result achieved in the field in line with the rules;
deemed that the technical error on the part of the Referee is therefore established;

PQM

resolves to accept the complaint presented by the company Pink Sport Time and, consequently, takes the following measures:
1) cancellation of the result achieved on the 6-2 field, as reported in the race report drawn up by the Referee;
2) order of repetition of the tender as it is not regularly carried out, assigning to the Division of competence the setting of the date and time of execution.
