Three football stars have been nominated for the election of the FIFA Golden Ball, but which will win the prestigious 11 January award? The three names of the FIFA 2015 Women's Football World Player of the Year have been announced: Carli Lloyd (USA), Aya Miyama (Japan) and Celia Sasic (Germany). The three stars were preferred to the other candidates: Nadine Angerer, Ramona Bachmann, Kadeisha Buchanan, Amandine Henry, Eugenie Le Sommer, Megan Rapinoe and Hope Solo.

The 2015 was an exceptional year for Carli Lloyd, underscored by his performances in the FIFA 2015 ™ Women's World Cup in Canada that brought the United States their third trophy in the Women's World Cup. The United States won the "10 adidas Golden Ball in Canada 2015" award and finished second in the "Golden Boot" award, finishing behind Celia Sasic's Germany.
Lloyd's hat-trick against Japan, including his midfield goal, will go down in history as one of the most memorable technical gestures during the Women's World Cup final. With over 200 appearances, the New Jersey native was an irreplaceable piece in the US midfield from the 2005. Lloyd was on the 2012 FIFA World Player of the Year list after taking US to the London Olympic gold 2012.

Small in stature and with great football skills, Aya Miyama in the 2015 has confirmed its qualities, imposing itself as a true giant of women's football. The last female FIFA World Cup was the fourth of the small midfielder, in which he showed that he continues to improve with age. Now he has 30, Miyama is the captain and creative hub of his Japan that once again reached the final and then lose on this occasion with the United States. His movement, tactical intelligence, and his delicious punishments along with the coldness from the spot are all key elements that allowed them to be summoned in the All-Star Squad tournament.
With well over 150 appearances, this Asian player continues to be the star of the Rising Sun.

Celia Sasic left her mark in the FIFA 2015 ™ Women's World Cup in Canada with her unmistakable mix of class, technique and ruthlessness at the door. The Germany striker with six goals and an assist received the adidas Golden Boot as top scorer of the American front tournament Carli Lloyd, who achieved exactly the same count but with more game time available. Sasic in the 2015 also won the UEFA Champions League final with Frankfurt and scored more goals last season than any other Bundesliga player and Champions League. Native of Bonn was called in Germany and in Europe she was elected best player of the 2015. After reaching the pinnacle of his career, Sasic announced his retirement from play in July of this year, at the age of 27 after collecting 111 appearances and scoring 63 times for his country.

We just have to wait for 11 January to get to know the Queen of Women's World Soccer.
