First national title in the women's field conquered by the Hellas Verona!

In Villasimius, in the province of Cagliari, the Hellas' Gialloblù babies have conquered the CONI "Kinder + Sport" Trophy, an important event organized by the Italian Olympic Committee which has seen itself compete in 3 races against 3 Under 14 girls from all regions Italian.
A significant affirmation for the new female youth sector of Hellas Verona born from the unification with the youth sector of the ASM Verona Women's Football.
The path in the CONI trophy for the Gialloblù girls started last spring with the victory in the regional phase under the banner of the Agnim Verona Calcio Femminile. It continued in Sardinia, where the scaligers gained access to the final phase, beating Reggiana, Carignano, Livorno and Rome one after the other.

In the quadrangular for the national title the girls dell'Hellas have imposed on Genoa (first fraction 2-0 with a double Mancuso, second half 2-1 with the networks of Corsi and Bertucco) and on Reggiana (first fraction 2-2 with the networks of Mancuso and Rossi, second half 4-0 with a double of Bertucco, a network of Corsi and an own goal). The decisive challenge against the fearsome Inter FC ended in a tie after the 2-2 of the first half (Mancuso and Bissoli for the gialloblù) and the 0-0 of the second half. The shoot-out challenge has delivered the victory of the match and of the competition to the Hellas Verona.
