Sunday 27 April, the aretines take the field in the penultimate round of the Serie B championship. The Stella Azzurra shows up for the appointment with a shortlist but with the advantages of the forecast
: AREZZO - The Stella Azzurra leaves for its last season trip. Sunday 27 April, at 15.00, the formation of Arezzo is waiting at the home of the New Team Ferrara to play the penultimate round of the national championship of Serie B for women's football. The aretine show up at the strong appointment of 28 points more than today's adversaries and the success for 1-0 in the first leg, so they will take to the field with all the advantages of the forecast: the Stella Azzurra will have to show that it is able to maintain expectations following the last two victories and attempting the assault on the second place in the standings.

An important unknown factor, however, is represented by the tight squad with which the team will present in Ferrara because Mr. Tiziano Pelliccione will have to deal with numerous injuries (from former national team Serena Patu to striker Giulia Bruci, up to defenders Martina Pitzus and Rosa Russo ) and with some disqualifications (including that of midfielder Mariacostanza Aterini), therefore will strengthen the first team with some girls of the Juniores. Also it will be forbidden to underestimate the New Team Ferrara, team that occupies the third place in the standings and that, being in full Play Out area, needs extreme points to be able to achieve direct salvation. In recent days, the Stella Azzurra has shown that it is able to overcome any difficulty with a good game and with a convincing tactical approach that has enhanced the technical and athletic characteristics of its players; to stand out is especially the defense that, despite the many absences, has just suffered 14 nets resulting in the best ever among the 53 teams of the four groups of the cadet series. "Only 180 minutes left at the end of a historic season - says sports director Omar Neri, - who in our first year in B has seen us at the top of the standings and achieve amazing results: the goal is now to conquer the field too of Ferrara to try to close the championship in second place ".
