RULES OF THE GAME

The principles behind the "Cava Soccer Total Pink"(Hereinafter referred to as CSTP) are friendship, mutual respect between participants and sporting fairness, without however underestimating an adequate dose of competitive spirit and competition.

These are inviolable principles that must always be met scrupulously during each race both outside and inside the field of play.

TECHNICAL STANDARDS
This Regulation refers to the Official Five-a-side Soccer Rules of FIGC 2011 Edition, redesigned and adapted for CSTP.

1 RULE - THE BALL
During all the games a ball supplied by the organization will be used. The ball can not be changed during the match without the referee's permission.

2 RULE - FOOTBALL EQUIPMENT
The use of shin guards is NOT mandatory. A player may not wear any item that is dangerous to himself or another player, including jewelery of any kind and wristwatches. A player who participates in the game with glasses, assumes full responsibility for any damage caused to himself or any other person present in the race.

RULE 3 - THE ARBITRATOR
The presence of a referee for each race is guaranteed. The Referee may be an organizer or a person delegated by the organization itself as long as he / she possesses the requisites suitable for the task to be performed.

4 RULE - DURATION OF THE RACE
The duration of the competition is established in a single game period of 20 minutes. In knockout matches, in case of a tie, we will proceed immediately with a sequence of 3 penalty kicks per team. In case of further parity it will proceed to the bitter end, one penalty at a time.

5 RULE - TIME-OUT
the two teams have the possibility to request two 1 minute time-outs for each race, respecting the following rules:
• only the coaches or team captains are authorized to request the time-out from the referee;
• the time-out can be granted only if the team is in possession of the ball and at a standstill;
• the time-out minutes eventually used by the teams must be recovered at the end of the playing periods.

6 RULE - STARTING CALCIUM AND PLAYING OF THE GAME
The ball is considered in play as soon as it is kicked and moves in any direction. Preliminaries: the choice of the
half of the game rectangle is drawn with a coin. The team that wins the draw chooses the door
against which he will attack. The other team has the right to beat the kick-off of the race.

7 RULE - BALL IN PLAY AND NOT IN PLAY
Which interruptions and game shots do the referees NOT whistle?
• when the ball goes beyond the side or bottom lines (unless the game continues unevenly to indicate the exit of the ball);
• when the game is resumed with a free kick (provided that respect for distance has not been requested);
• remittance from the fund;
• the corner kick;
• the throw-in from the side line;
• the referee's dismissal.

8 RULE - A NETWORK SIGN
The goalkeeper after an effective parade with his hands or feet can mark a net with his feet, not with his hands. This means that the goalkeeper, after an effective parade, can score a goal by kicking the ball on the fly making it bounce off the pitch.

9 RULE - GOALS TO THE GOALKEEPER
The goalkeeper can not in any way receive the passage of a teammate with the exception of rebounds and involuntary passages carried out by his teammates, or evidently from shots on goal made by opposing players. As regards the regulation of the sanction to be applied, see the heading "Indirect (or second) punishment kick".

10 RULE - FAILURES AND ANTISPORTIVE BEHAVIOR
penalty
direct is given direct free kick when he commits one of the following fouls:
• give or attempt to kick an opponent;
• make or attempt to trip an opponent;
• jump on an opponent;
• load an opponent, even with the shoulder (so-called "shoulder-shoulder contrast");
• push an opponent;
• intervene in a slip on an opponent who is in possession of the ball or who is about to play it ("slipped contrast");
this rule is valid even if the intervention is carried out "on the ball";
• retain an opponent;
• spit against an opponent;
• attempting to play the ball by intervening in a backlash on an opponent who is in possession of the ball or who is about to play it ("contrast from slipped back").
• deliberately touches the ball with your hands. The direct free kick must be beaten from the spot where the foul was committed. In this tournament the cumulative fouls are NOT counted.

Indirect free kick (or second):
When the Goalkeeper commits one of the following infractions, the opposing team is awarded a kick
indirect punishment (second):
• touches or controls the ball with his hands (in his own penalty area) after he has been voluntarily passed by his feet from a teammate;
• touch or control the ball with your hands (in your own penalty area) the ball passed directly on a throw-in from the side line, carried out by a teammate.

Yellow card
The Yellow Card count will be canceled at the end of the same race, or the yellow card will play the next game without having a yellow card hanging.

Red card
The player who is cautioned twice during the same match will be kicked out of the game. The count of the Red Cards will be canceled at the end of the race itself, or the expelled player will be able to play the next game without having any red card hanging.
The expelled players can no longer take part in the race, but can be replaced after 2 minutes (the count starts with the resumption of the game and, if necessary, continues in the next race time, even extra, for the remaining part not discounted) , or after the signature of a network, even in play in progress with the consent of the referee.
After the 2 minutes, it is the Referee who arranges the reinstatement of the expelled player and then authorizes the entry into the field of the new player, which must take place from the halfway line. In the event that the team in numerical superiority scores a network, the other can immediately reinstate the expulsion.

11 RULE - PUNISHING SOCKS
The organization of the CSTP has established that, considering the amateur nature of the CSTP, the free kicks are always direct, except for the infractions committed by the Goalkeeper and already dealt with under the heading "Indirect Kicks" (or second). It is however always at the discretion of the player who has to kick the free kick to decide whether to pass the ball to a teammate instead of kicking it directly in the goal. This behavior is permitted. When the free kick is taken, the ball must be stopped and the player who played it will not be able to play it a second time until the ball has been touched or played by another player.

Position of the free kick:
When a free kick is claimed which has been requested to respect the distance, all players of the opposing team must be at least a distance of 5 meters from the ball before it is played. The game is valid after the referee has cleared and the ball has been touched and moves.

12 RULE - LATERAL REMOVAL
It should be done with your feet. The ball must be stationary on the line and the throw must be made within 4 seconds, from the moment the player who has to perform it is in a condition to execute it regularly. The players of the opposing team must remain no less than 5 meters from the ball (considering that it is almost impossible to make sure that this distance is maintained, the players are invited to promptly take a distance from the ball of at least 3 or 4 meters). A network can not be scored directly on the lineout.

13 RULE - REMOVAL FROM THE BOTTOM
It must be carried out by the goalkeeper, with his hands, from the inside of his penalty area outside of the same, even beyond his own half of the rectangle of play. The ball will be in play when it is completely out of the penalty area. A network can not be scored directly on remittance from the fund.

RULE 14 - ANGLE SOCCER
• a corner kick is a way of resuming the game.
• the players of the opposing team must remain at least 5 m. from the ball until it is in play;
• the ball is in play when it is touched and moves;
• a corner football net can be scored directly;
• if the stop position is irregular, the angle must be repeated.

15 RULE - CHANGE TO FLIGHT
The change of players can take place in an unlimited way, that is without a pre-established number of changes. The so-called "change on the fly" is valid, as long as the ball is NOT in play. The flight change must take place within 4 seconds and the Referee must always be informed in advance that the change is about to be made. Furthermore, if deemed appropriate, the Referee may interrupt the game or delay the throw - in of the ball, to allow the change to the flight.

16 RULE - MANCANCES
For anything not covered in this regulation, ask the organization: we find a solution!
